Boat is gathering dust so it would be great for someone to get it out on the water. It’s cheap enough (by moth standards) to not have to worry too much about but modern enough to be competitive.
The boat has been heavily modified and I mainly prioritised getting on the water to test functionality over aesthetics as reflected in the price. Small wings with high angle for max leverage plus more washout than most boats. Homemade soft tramps with foam that aren’t perfect but are easy on the knees and do the job until sufficient motivation to make solid ones. Wings can dissemble.
Foils include:
- Thinnair main small horizontal (unmodified) currently on a modified vertical which includes an experimental 3d printed high strength stainless steel lower section and original thinnair carbon vertical top section. The steel section reduces the lower thickness from originally around 14mm plus to now under 9mm with the goal to be competitive with current foils. I’ve only got to use it a few times which showed potential and I think it should be pretty close once the bowsprit is fixed. It could do with some very minor work in one spot that I can elaborate on. The pushrod is broken at the top so will need to be rethread lower or replaced (you could potentially use one from the 2 other carbon foils instead) - Thinnair original small rudder (unmodified)
- Spare Thinnair main large horizontal
- Spare Thinnair main original vertical
- Manta small horizontal on a manta vertical that has been modified to reduce length to match the other foils and also reshaped lower vertical to reduce thickness.
- Spare Thinnair rudder. Was originally a large but has been modified so it’s closer to small/medium size now. The vertical was extended also so its long compared to the other foils. North Helix sail in good condition with a few minor patches.

Great entry level moth or even with a few upgrades a great competitive one 

only had the boat for about 3 months but I'm going in a different path in my life now and won't have anytime to sail it unfortunately
